He is a human being and his face makes him look just like Waluigi from the Super Mario series. He wears a yellow long sleeve shirt, some dark blue jeans or pants, yellow and red striped socks and long green shoes. He also has blond hair and green eyes.

He takes over as the phone guy in Five Nights at Thomas's 3 except he sounds like daffy duck. He only appears in Night 2 and 3. But in his final calls on night 3, a tornado comes in and Chuck's Cousin fly's away in the air but he was not seen after this so it's unknown if Chuck's Cousin is alive.
